Pastoral support.
We have a small team of volunteers who are trained to support, encourage and pray for you. We can also point you towards professional organisations in an area that provide help for a wide range of issues.
Please get in touch if you’d like to talk to one of our team about support
Pastoral care is central to our vision and values and integral to our formation, worship, and mission at MCC.
It is how we live out the gospel in community, caring for one another as Christ cares for His Church- it is not simply a ministry but key to the life of the Church.
When we listen, pray, encourage and carry one another’s burdens, we display the heart of Jesus and we hope MCC’s model and practice will reflect the grace and truth of the Good Shepherd, who knows His sheep and leads them beside still waters.
Pastoral care at MCC happens through the following layers:
Friendships & life groups
The first point of contact for consistent relational pastoral support. Natural friendships in our church family as well as life groups & leaders can help support and encourage through the ups and downs of everyday life.
Pastoral Team
Trained MCC volunteers who support, pray, and respond to specific needs as they arise.
Contact in person/form in church on Sunday or via contact form above.
Church Leadership
Staff team help provide oversight, guidance, and pastoral care.
